Deliberative App

Deliberative would be a decentralised app (Dapp), which would work on IPFS and integrate with Ethereum and other decentralised technologies. This is relatively straight forwards to do in Livecode, as we are not requiring the usual infrastructure of the classic web stack for this authoring tool.
